What Are You Currently Working On?

A constant statement I use is "we are all where we stand today (in our personal life and in our business life) due to the decisions we made in our past". We created ourselves and our successes, or lack of. With that in mind, its an important question that I ask when I ask you "what are you currently working on?". Its critical that you recognize what you are working on today is literally laying the foundation for who your are going to be as your future-self, your future successes or again the lack of. We largely determine what that will look like what our future will look like. I am not saying it will be easy, I am saying it will be worth it. I am also saying it will take time, consistent effort and a lot of work. But isn't your life, your future and those around you worth it?
So really consider the things you are currently working on and as you do, think about where those items are on your priority list. Of course most important should be first or revise or reevaluate your list. Try to forecast the outcome for the things you are working on, by asking yourself (and or team) questions like, are the things you are currently working on on track to be completed on time? Are they items that will strongly benefit your current life and goals (if not, you may want to place it at a low place on your priority list and work on something else)? Do you have all the resources you need to successfully accomplish the goal your are currently working on? If not, can you easily gain the resources or tools that you will need?
After answering these questions it should give you a guideline and direction to confirm if you are on track or if you need to revise your plan so that you can gain the success you want.
The overall focus should be to have a plan (always have a plan), visit and review that plan often to make sure its going to get you the end results you are seeking. While checking your plan, make sure you have everything you need to make your plan work, if not, get the item, resources or tools you need to make your plan a success or put that plan on pause until you know you can be successful with that goal. Revisit later and move on to the next priority goal on your list.
Doing these things (and some others) consistently will greatly increase your rate of success and we all want that, in all things in life, personally & professionally.
If you don't have a lot going on right, sit down and make a list and get to work on a plan. We should always be working towards our goals. I encourage you to work with a plan, it will gain you more success.
Talk with you soon.
Be well. Be blessed. Be safe.
